G&Prospective grew out of professional experience that combines technical expertise, management, and close collaboration with people facing challenges in operations, organizations, and projects.
That experience revealed a recurring gap between strategic decisions and day-to-day realities. G&Prospective brings these perspectives together in an independent business with ambitions to grow across Latin America.
